BIZ CITY | CHRISTIAN RAP ARTIST

BIZ CITY hopes that his songs reach someone who may need to hear a message in a form that they can relate to.

Christian rap artist BIZ CITY is a native to Greenville, SC. He was raised by his Grandparents, he watched as his family was torn apart by drugs. His Father was in prison and his mother abused drugs until she just recently passed away.

With all this turmoil in his life, BIZ turned to music as a way to cope and express his feelings. He wrote his first song at age 12.

He has not always been a Christian artist. When his Grandfather passed away in 2008, he started attending church because that was his Grandfathers solemn wish. He started learning more about God and found peace in the words of the Bible. Slowly he began to change and so did his music. Now, every song he writes is because of the love of his Grandparents.

He spent a lot of time during this transition, homeless and on the streets, even once sleeping in a downtown cemetery.

These moments of transition are what he and Incident Music Labs have tried to capture in the latest BIZ CITY video ‘WORK ON ME’ which is on YouTube. A glimpse into a broken man healed by the Word of God.

BIZ CITY

Even so, this short video couldn’t capture the cold nights, fighting every day, the drug abuse, prison, and the constant searching for answers and peace. Biz writes and records songs constantly and he knows that no matter what you have done or been through, God has a plan for your life and He loves you.
BIZ CITY hopes that his songs reach someone who may need to hear a message in a form that they can relate to.

He derives his moniker, “BIZ”, from the struggle against what the music business has turned into and it’s negative influence over today’s youth. “CITY” because his biggest desire is to save people city-by-city and turn the anguished and angry youth toward a positive goals and Godly morals, inspiring them toward greater achievements.
